Secondly, we recommend that you allow us to properly seal your tile and grout. If you have owned tile for a while, you already know that the secret to great looking tile is great looking grout. Grout is porous and as a result, it easily absorbs dirt, lime scale and grease. Also, when you spill food, beverages and other greasy substances, you will cause marks and stains to the grout joints in the floor. Wall tile, particularly in wet areas and damp areas like bathrooms, easily become dirty and unsightly as a result of mold, mildew and lime scale. It is highly recommended that grout and some tiles be properly sealed to provide years of protection from unsightly problems.
