While we hope you will never have to deal with water emergencies, you need to be prepared in the event that one does occur. Although these problems are typically minor problems like damaged pipes or maybe even a leaking water heater, these types of mishaps can create devastating water damage and mold, mildew and fungi problems if not handled properly.
If you do find yourself in this predicament, try to stay calm and when possible, shut the water off at the main source. If possible, you should also turn off the circuit breaker. 1st Choice technicians are trained for small water problems and will gladly handle these smaller water issues. If you are dealing with major flood waters, it is probably safer to leave the premises if possible and contact an emergency source and/or a flood specialist to properly assess the situation.
1st Choice is not currently set up for large flood water extraction problems. However we will gladly refer you to reputable water and flood extraction specialist in your area.
*Water Extraction will be charged on an hourly basis. Air Movers, Dehumidifiers and other drying equipment are charged on a daily basis. |
